Borovo is also just 7 km away from the monastery complex of Krastova gora – Holy Trinity, reachable via asphalt road. There are many eco-trails in the area with excellent markings. They include “The trail of the heart”, Krastova gora – Belitsa Village, Belitsa Village – The cave, and others. Among the landmarks you can see the triad of Krastova gora, Karadzhov Kamak, Belintash, the Gyumbyurtiyata waterfall, the Rocky bridge, the site of Shapran dupka (or Shepra dupka), the national hunting reserve of Kormisosh, the Lord’s Ascencion chapel and many other places with breathtaking and wonderful views. There are excellent conditions for mountain-biking and photo tourism as well.
